Defective Headlamps

Defective Headlamps is a Class B Traffic Infraction and a conviction will result in a scheduled fine plus court costs and surcharges, with an assessment for limited purposes of 1 point to your driver’s license. Unlike other point assessment violations (e.g. Class A Traffic Infractions, Misdemeanor Traffic Offenses, and Unclassified Misdemeanors), any points assessed for a Class B Traffic Infraction do not count toward a Point Suspension under C.R.S. § 42-2-127.
